On May 8, 2017, surrounded by her loving family, we lost our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother and sister, Barbara Jean (Perry) Jackson age 71 of Amherst, at the Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre.
Born in Amherst, she was a daughter of the late Edward and Margret (Coffell) Perry.
Barb will be remembered as a very social person, who enjoyed yard sales and her very frequent visits to the Dollar Store.
She will be deeply missed by her children Edward Burbine, Donna Burbine and Jimmy (Christine) Burbine; 9 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 6 sisters; 2 brother; many nieces and nephews.
Barb was predeceased by her husband Gary Burbine and sister Judith Chapman.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 1 p.m. with Rev. Will Ferrey officiating at Campbell’s Funeral Home, 98 Church St, Amherst, (902-667-9906).
