Passed peacefully away on May 13, 2017, age 82 years. Predeceased by husband Jack A. Brown, parents John and Emma Anstey, brothers Williams George, Israel, Fred, sister Bernice, brother-in-law Theo. Leaving to mourn children Lester (Inez), Elizabeth (Kevin), Bernice (Martin), Jackie (Barry) and Crystal (Tom); cherished grandchildren and greatgrandchildren; brothers and sisters Sylvester (Jane) Anstey Debbie (Jake) Dalton, Pat (Marie) Anstey, Daphne (Joe) Stead, Queenie (Hondus) Jennings, Wayne Anstey; sisters-in-law Marie Hunter, Kathleen (Gerald) Hunter; as well as loved nieces and nephews, friends near and far, and doctors and nurses at St. Clare's Mercy Hospital. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, on Monday, May 14 from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held from the Carnell Memorial Chapel on Tuesday, May 16 at 2 p.m. Interment will take place on Wednesday, May 17 in Salvage.
