Rice who passed away January past will be held from the chapel of the Hillsboro Funeral Home in Stratford on Sunday, May 21 at 2 p.m. The service will be conducted by Rev. John Clark of St. Paul's Anglican Church. Interment to follow at Floral Hills Memorial Garden.
