Dr. Gordon S. Kenney, 88, Florida and Debert, NS, a devoted husband and father, died in Summerfield, Florida on March 1, 2017. Born in Cranston, Rhode Island, he was the son of the late Gordon Bennett Kenney and Havena Marion (Hopkins) Kenney. Arrangements are under the direction of Mattatall~Varner Funeral Home, 55 Young Street, Truro. A graveside service will take place on Saturday, May 27th at 1 pm in Robie Street Cemetery, Truro, with a Celebration of Life to follow in Hampton Suits & Inn, Truro Heights, from 2-4 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the SPCA in Truro, N.S.
