Ryan Patrick Taylor

Taylor, Ryan Patrick (Cheese) age 26 of Edmonton,Alberta and formerly of Stellarton passed away suddenly and tragically on Saturday morning as a result of a snowmobile accident. Born in New Glasgow, he was a son of Carolyn (Hessian)Taylor and Donald Taylor. He was a partner of Hydro-Flo Plumbing and Heating Ltd., Edmonton, Alberta. Ryan had a huge circle of friends at home in Pictou County as well as his many friends and colleagues in Edmonton who will miss him greatly. Ryan had the gift of gab and a passion for life. Though a short life, Ryan lived it to the fullest and died having spent an evening “at the camp” with his buddies, one of the things he looked forward to when home on vacation. We all loved him and will miss him forever. Besides his parents, he is survived by his beloved grandmother, Marjory Taylor; a brother Chris (Cheryl) of Trenton; a sister Natalie (Jeff) of Fort McMurray; nieces, Brooke and Laura and nephew Logan Taylor; his longtime companion Rebecca (Becca ) Curran; aunts Robin (Clarence) MacLean, Hannah (Carl) Voutour; uncles Phillip and Leslie Hessian; several cousins and his step-mom Jane Taylor. Ryan was predeceased by maternal grandparents, Stan and Isabel Hessian; paternal grandfather, Ephriam Taylor. Cremation will take place. The family will receive visitors from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P.M. on Tuesday in the H.C.MacQuarrie Funeral Home Stellarton. Funeral Mass will take place on Wednesday at 10 a.m. from Our Lady of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church with Father Bill Rankin officiating. Burial will be in Christ the King Parish Cemetery.
