The death of Christopher Rae Clark, age 17, Lorne, Pictou County occurred on Wednesday, December 12, 2007. Born in Noel, he was a son of Larry and Christena (Burns) Clark, Lorne. He was a former student at Northumberland Regional High School and until recently was employed with William Spence Corp. (Christmas Tree Farm). Chris enjoyed music especially playing his guitars, however his greatest pride and joy came with the arrival of his son, Devin, seven months ago. Besides his parents and son, Chris will be sadly missed by his sister, Jessica, Trenton; his girlfriend, Tara MacDonald, New Glasgow; maternal grandparents, Vera and Frank Burns, Kennetcook; paternal grandmother, Dorothy McIsaac (Robert) Halifax; several aunts, uncles and cousins. Chris was predeceased by grandfather, Lawrence Clark. Visitations will be held on Tuesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville. His funeral service will be held 2 o’clock Wednesday from St. Columba United Church, Hopewell with Rev. Heather Landry officiating. Interment will be in Lorne Cemetery.
