MCKAY, GARY HILTON The death of Gary Hilton McKay of Astle, NB, husband of the late Norrine (Small) McKay occurred at his residence on December 25th, 2006. Born in Astle, NB he was a son of the late Sterling and Emma (McKeil) McKay. Gary was a Woodsworker and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Gary was the last surviving member of his immediate family. Besides his wife and parents, he was predeceased by one sister, Evelyn; five brothers, Weldon, Lark, Hanford, Harry and Claude. Visitation will take place at the Astle United Church, Astle, NB on Wednesday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm. The Funeral Service will be held from the church on Thursday, December 28th, 2006 at 2 pm with Rev. Murray McFarlane officiating. Interment will be held in the Astle Community Cemetery at a later date. For those who wish, remembrances to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
