CRAWFORD, GERALDINE M. - The death of Geraldine Margaret (Butler) Crawford of Saint John, wife of the late Frederick Crawford, occurred on Thursday, December 29, 2005 at the Saint John Regional Hospital. Born in Enniskillen, NB, she was a daughter of the late Daniel and Sarah (Blakley) Butler. Geraldine was a member of St. Pius X Church and was formerly employed with Sun Ray Fruit Store. She is survived by one daughter Linda (James) Matthews of Red Head; one sister, Dorothy (Thomas) Coffin of Boston; four grandchildren: Jennifer (Andrew) Ellis their children Sarah and Gregory; John (Kim) their children Abigail and Luke; Peter Matthews; Ellen (Jo) Cole their children Emily and Julia; several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents she was predeceased by two sisters: Edna Dobbelstyn and Eunice Ross and two brothers: Allan and James Butler. Resting at Brenan's Select Community Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB, (506-634-7424) with visiting on Friday, December 30, 2005 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, December 31, 2005 from St. Pius X Church at 10:00 am. Interment will take place in St. Joseph's Cemetery.
