OWEN, JODI L. - Unexpectedly the death of Jodi Lynn Owen, of Saint John, NB, occurred on Friday, November 23, 2007 at the Dr. Chalmers Hospital, Fredericton NB. Born in Saint John she was a daughter of Heather Owen. Jodi was employed at the Dolan Road Irving as a maitre d', Studio Ten Theaters and Salvation Army. She attended St. Malachy's High School and was involved in many school activities. Besides her mother she is survived by one brother, Jason Owen (Amanda Snodgrass) of Saint John; one sister, Angie Ferris of Saint John; father, Jim Ferris; god - parents, Joan and Joe Haggerty; several aunts, uncles, cousins; one niece and three nephews. She was predeceased by grandparents, Charles and Davidina Owen. By request of the family there will be no visitation or funeral service. A graveside service will be held in St. Andrew's Cemetery, Upper Golden Grove at a later date. Remembrances may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
