Ellen M. Dunn (Nellie) 1909 - 2006 Ellen M. Dunn (Nellie), 98, of the Mount St. Joseph Nursing Home formerly of Redmondville passed away at her residence on Tuesday, December 26th, 2006. She was born in Redmondville, the daughter of the late Thomas and Marcella (Flanagan) Power. Nellie was a past member of the St. Margaret's CWL. She is survived by daughter, Elizabeth (Betty) Lynch (Mike) of Remondville; sons, Fred (Barb) of Napan, Donald (Joanne) of Redmondville, William of Toronto; brother, Stephen of Sudbury Ontario; seven grandchildren and two great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by her husband, John P. Dunn; sisters, Jane, Elizabeth, Gertrude and sister, Catherine Power; brothers, Patrick, Thomas, Martin, Vincent, Alexis, James and Joseph. Visitation with family and friends was held at Maher's Funeral Home, Miramichi on Wednesday December 27, 2006 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated today, Thursday, December 28, 2006 at 10 am from St. Margaret's Roman Catholic Church with Fr. John Fraser officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the memorial of ones choice would be appreciated.
