Christopher C. Geldart 1906 - 2006 Christopher C. Geldart of Hillside, passed away Friday, December 29, 2006 at the Jordan Life Care Centre, at the age of 100. Born in Hillside, he was the son of the late Hanford H. and Beatrice M. (Horsman) Geldart. He was a farmer and carpenter, a master sugar maker, as well as a member of All Saints Anglican Church. He is survived by his daughter, Marion Bannister of Elgin; son, Loris Geldart (Barbara) of Hillside; three grandchildren; six great grandchildren; six great great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife of 70 years, Gladys (Sheffar); son-in-law, Vaughn Bannister; brothers, Allan, Arnold, Russell and Cecil; sisters, Marguerite Yeomans, Mary MacPherson, Annie Smith. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Armstrong's Funeral Home, Petitcodiac, where visiting hours will be held Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9pm. The funeral service will be held from Armstrong's Funeral Home on Wednesday, January 3, 2007 at 1pm. Burial will take place in All Saints Anglican Church Cemetery.
