Janet A. Parker 1932 - 2008 SHEDIAC - Janet A. Parker, 76, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family on Monday, December 29th at the Villa Providence Shediac Inc. Born in Moncton on September 11th, 1932, she was the daughter of the late William and Rebecca Augusta (Barnes) Humphrey. Janet is survived by two sons, Chris Parker (Susan) of Shediac and Brent Parker of Sudbury ON; three grandchildren, Brad, Bradley, Lucas; one great grandchild, Kayla; one sister-inlaw, Barbara Watters; and several nieces and nephew. She was predeceased by her husband, Ralph; two sisters, Augusta and Ann; and one brother, William. Resting at Passage Funeral Co-Operative, 3754 Route 134, Shediac Bridge, visiting hours will be on Friday, January 2nd, 2009 from 7 to 9 pm. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 3rd, 2009 at the Trinity United Church in Shediac at 2pm and will be conducted by Rev. Dr. Douglas MacEachern. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society, the Moncton SPCA or donor's choice would be appreciated by the family.
