It is with sadness that we announce the death of Harold B. Watts on Sunday, March 7, 2010 at Rocmaura Nursing Home at the age of 102 after a long and happy life. Harold was born in Ottawa, ON, on January 11, 1908 but resided in Saint John most of his life where he was employed by the Bank of Nova Scotia for many years. He was married to the late, Marion (McInerney) and is survived by son Michael (Pat) of Toronto, ON and daughter, Patricia (Dr. Norman Garey) of Saint John, NB; six grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
Many thanks to all the staff of Rocmaura for their warm and wonderful care during the last 2 ½ years.
Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, (506-634-7424) with visiting on Tuesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 from Our Lady of Perpetual Help, Rothesay at 12:00 PM. Interment to take place in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Cemetery. Remembrances may be made to Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or to a charity of the donor’s choice. www.brenansfh.com
