(April 12, 1926 - March 8, 2010). Passed peacefully away at The Dr. L.A. Miller Center on Monday, March 8, 2010, Theresa Marie Howell at the age of 83 surrounded by many loved ones. Leaving to mourn her three daughters (one pre-deceased) and one son. Virginia Sweet (Barb), London, ON, James P. Howell (Shannon) Martinez, Ga, Jocelyn Gaddis (pre-deceased), JoAnn Kines (Henry), Oxford County, Ga.; three sisters: Mary Melnick (Peter deceased), New Waterford, NS, Helen Emberly (Ralph pre-deceased,) Statia Sipe (John), Orlando, Fla; seven brothers: John (Donna), Ted (Carol), Edward pre-deceased (Mary), Frank (Vivian), Richard pre-deceased (Bridie), Tom (Cathy), Len (Claudette); six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren and many dear nieces and nephews and other relatives and many close friends. Resting at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Ave., Mt. Pearl, NL on Wednesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. - 12 noon, 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. A memorial service is to be held on Tuesday, March 16, 2010 at 11 a.m. from Barrett’s Chapel, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Pearl. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Canadian Cancer Society. Please visit www.barretts.ca to sign the memorial guest book.
