We, the family of the late John Clarke, would like to express our sincere gratitude to the many wonderful people who walked beside us during John’s courageous battle as well as after his passing. Dr.’s Michel McKeough and Poulos and the Palliative Care nurses as well as their many volunteers. Sincere thanks as well to his doctor and friend, Dr. J. Ritter, for your compassion and care. The nurses of 4 West, Northside General Hospital, thank you for making things easier for all of us. To those who sent cards, food, flowers, mass cards and donations as well as monetary gifts, we are eternally grateful for your kindness. Thank you to Fr. Atwood and to St. Joseph’s Ladies Auxiliary and choir for the lovely service and reception. To those who visited John and shared stories with him and brought him coffee, a sincere thank you. We cannot forget special friends, Danny and Dana MacNeil. You went above and beyond and we are forever grateful to you both. John’s road was long but each and every one of you made it a little easier. Thank you. The Clarke Family
