SNOOK, Austin J. – Age 53, passed peacefully away at VG Hospital in Halifax, N.S. on March 18, 2010. He was the son of the late Jack and Bertha (Cramm) Snook. Leaving to mourn his loving and devoted wife Karen, sisters Valerie Hickey (Frank), Violet Traverse (Tony) both at Southern Harbour; Janet (Gerald Sweeney), Carbonear and Gladys (Phonse Duke), Dunville; brothers Cliff (Linda), Halifax; Wallace, Ontario and Boyd (Ursula), Sunnyside and their families, as well as a large circle of friends in Nova Scotia and NL. Predeceased by his siblings Rhodie, Rodney, Julia and Mildred. Cremation has taken place under the care of Donald K. Walker, Funeral Director, Dartmouth. Funeral service will take place at St. Andrew’s Anglican Church in Sunnyside. Donations in his memory can be made to St. Andrew’s Anglican Church, c/o Box 71, Sunnyside, NL A0B 3J0.
