WADE, Elizabeth (Betty)– Passed peacefully away at her residence in Conception Harbour, March 19, 2010, Elizabeth Wade (Betty), age 83 years. Predeceased by her parents Jim and Mary Josephine Whelan; grandson Andy Wade and son-in-law Frank Walsh. Left with fond and loving memories her husband of 59 years Jack; her daughter Jean and her sons Robert and David; four grandchildren Jamie (Sherry), Chad (Bobbie-Jo), Julie (Stephen) and Kathleen (Bobby); six loving great-grandchildren Jeremy, Sydney, Andrew, Brooke, Frankie and Alex; her brother Ron Whelan (Mary); her sister-in-law Agatha Doyle and brother-in-law Christopher Wade (Barbara); also her devoted caregivers Martina Joy, Ellie Conway and Jean Lane; her extended family of nieces, nephews and friends. Resting at Conway’s Funeral Home, Conception Harbour. Visitation Saturday and Sunday, 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial Monday at 1 p.m. at St. Anne’s Church, Conception Harbour. Interment to follow at St. Anne’s Cemetery.
