The death occurred at the Souris Hospital, surrounded by her loving family, on Monday, March 30, 2009, of Bessie Ching of Red Point in her 97th year. Wife of the late Charles Ching. Beloved mother of Elwood (Mavis), Elora (Robert) Rose, Connie (Blair) Coffin. Fondly remembered by grandchildren Gwen (Keith) Burke, Owen (Betty) Ching, Lisa (Lou) Tiller, Todd (Janice) Ching, Myles (Carol) Rose, Boyd (Arlene) Rose, Jeannie and Jolene Coffin and 16 great-grandchildren and six great-great-grandchildren. Survived by sister Aletha (Robert) Baker. Predeceased by grandsons Dean and Sterling Rose, brothers Roy and Wesley and sisters Hazel, Pansy and Emily. Resting at Dingwell Funeral Home in Souris for visiting hours on Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral to be held on Friday afternoon, April 3, 2009, at the Kingsboro Baptist Church for funeral service at 2:30 p.m. Interment in the church cemetery.
