Peacefully at the Queensway Carleton Hospital in Ottawa on Saturday, June 19, 2010, aged 80 years. Beloved wife of Jim, devoted and cherished mother of Karen Kay and dear stepmother of Bruce, Linda, Barry and Murray Thomson. Loving grandmother of eight and great-grandmother of one. She is also survived by her former husband Michael Kay and siblings: Bernard (Eileen), David (Doreen), Clare Dunn, Jeannie Darby (Keith) and sister-in-law Beryl. Predeceased by brother Chris Woods.
