Mrs. Edna Victoria Buchanan of Sussex passed away on June 21, 2010 at the age of 92. Edna is survived by her children: Eloise Adair (Jim) of Picadilly, Melbourne (Marina) of Hammondvale, Zeta Seeley (Lloyd) of Hammondvale, Doreen McGouey (Robert) of Alberta, Melvin (Barb) of Hammondvale, Judy McKinnon (Elton) of Jeffries Corner, Joan Chown (Marty) of Hammondvale, Randy of Hammondvale, Carol Dempster (Ralph) of Upham; 23 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, two great great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Edna was predeceased by her parents: Richard and Ella (Wright) McGivery; her husband, Harry; her daughter Valerie; her son, Morris; her grandson, Ryan; three sisters Annie, Lizzie and Eva; five brothers; Medley, Willard, Bennie, Edgar and Cecil and by her foster parents; Arthur and Elizabeth Ash
Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176), where public visitation will be held on Thursday 1 to 3pm and 6 to 8pm. A Celebration of Edna's life will be held from Trinity Anglican Church on Friday, June 25, 2010 at 10:00 am. The interment will take place at Trinity Cemetery.
