Peacefully passed away at Strathaven Lifecare Centre on Thursday July 8, 2010. In her 83rd year.
Beloved wife of the late Robert and sadly missed by her companion, Bernie O'Brien. Loving mother of Ken and his wife, Sue, Robert and his wife, Jaki, Donna Smith, Joanne Rutherford and John and his wife Liz. Cherished Nanny of Hallie, Michelle, Cory (Jen), Jesse, Amanda, Adam, Alexandria, Megan and Matthew. Great Nanny of Cole, Emma, Abby and Maddie. Dear sister of Graham Walsh (Sadie) of Sydney, N.S., Jeanette Barnes of Dominion, Cape Breton and Michael Walsh (Amy) of Owen Sound, Ont. Maddie will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and numerous friends.
A memorial service will be held at The Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home, 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville on Saturday, July 17, 2010 at 1 p.m. Visitation from 12-1 p.m.
Memorial donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
