It is with great sadness that the family of the late Janet Michelin announce her passing on Thursday, August 19, 2010 at the Labrador-Grenfell Long Term Health Centre at the age of 87 years. She will be sadly missed by children: Marjorie (Mike) Barnes, Edward (Gloria) Michelin; 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by husband Robert Michelin. Visitation was held at the North West River United Church on Friday, August 20. The Funeral Service took place on Saturday, August 21 at 10:00 a.m. from the United Church. Interment followed at the North West River Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the United Church or to a charity of one's choice.
