Passed peacefully away on September 5, 2010 at Chancellor Park, Judith Higgins, aged 92 years. Predeceased by her husband William and parents Andrew and Mabel Carnell. Leaving to mourn sons, William (Karen), Seattle, Dr. Geoffrey (Susanne), Dr. Gordon (Rhonda); grandchildren, William and Katie, Seattle, Andrea O'Callaghan (Matthew), Halifax, Valerie Coughlan (Shawn), Geoffrey, St. John's and Christopher and William, Vancouver; great-grandchildren, Sadie, Calum, and Madeleine; many nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Special thanks to the nurses and staff at Chancellor Park. Resting at Carnell's Funeral Home, 329 Freshwater Road, with visitation on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. and Wednesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held at the Carnell Memorial Chapel on Thursday September 9, 2010 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Belvedere Cemetery.
