It is with great sadness that the family of Ralph L. Scott announces his passing on Saturday, Sept. 18, 2010, in London, Ont., with his family at his side at the age of 71 years.
Ralph will be forever remembered by his beloved wife of 48 years, Alberta Scott, and his loving children, Barb and her husband Dan Fyke of Kingston and Tim and his wife Angie of Fort Erie. Cherished grandfather of Nicole, Kendal and Chloe.
Dear brother of Marg (Frank) Gottwald, P.E.I.; Shirley (Mel) Doyle, Ottawa; and Wayne Scott, Ottawa; and the late Lloyd; and dear brother-in-law of Effie Scott. Ralph will be sadly missed by many nieces, nephews and close friends.
Ralph was the co-owner of the Ridgeway Service Centre for 28 years and a Privileged member of the Ridgeway Lions Club.
Friends may call at The Williams Funeral Home, 722 Ridge Road N. Ridgeway, on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
Service under the auspices of The Ridgeway Lions Club will be held at 6:45 on Thursday evening.
A service to celebrate his life will be held on Friday in the chapel at 11 a.m. Memorial donations would be appreciated to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
