It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Bill Parsons, age 63 of Burgeo, NL on Thursday, September 16, 2010 while hunting. Leaving to mourn his wonderful wife Cornelia; daughters: Sandra and Karen; sons-in-law: Junior and Glenn; three precious grandchildren: Jenna, Brandon and Kyle. Sadly missed by brother Calvin (Mona); sisters: Louise, Lorraine and Joyce (Bud); sisters-in-law Betty (Pat), Linda (Gord) and brothers-in-law: Max (Nancy), Larry (Cavell) and Jason (Melissa), along with a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He will greatly missed by all, as he was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and community member. His smile was contagious and he was always helping someone out. He touched many people and created many wonderful memories. He will never be forgotten. Funeral Services were held at Burgeo Faith United Church on Monday, September 20th, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. officiated by Rev. Wilson Gonese. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation.
