It is with great sadness that the family of the late Stephen Henry Pittman announce his sudden passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook on Saturday, June 6th, 2009 at the age of 73 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories: his wife, Joanna (nee Taylor); his children: Susan (Doug Pittman), Wanda (Orville Humber), Roger (Glenda) Pittman and Jarvis Pittman and friend Tara Parsons; his grandchildren: Christopher and Jenni Humber, Jamie and Jordan Pittman, and Stephen and Brittany Pittman; his brothers: Harvey Mudge, Roland (Rita) Pittman and Woodrow Pittman; his sister, Mrs. Rachel Hunt. Stephen was predeceased by his parents, Frank & Susannah Pittman; his brother, Felix (Rita) Pittman; his sisters-in-law: Mrs. Ivy Mudge, Mrs. Mary Pittman and Mrs. Laura Pittman. Also leaves to mourn a large circle of family and friends. The family will be receiving family and friends from the Church of the Good Shepherd in Norris Point, today, Monday, June 8th, 2009 from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., where also the funeral service will take place on Tuesday, June 9th, 2009 at 2:00 p.m., Rev.
