(WWII Veteran for 6 years) Peacefully at the Northumberland Hills Hospital on Friday, October 15th, 2010 in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Evelyn Thomas (nee Clark). Loving father of Dana Thomas (Molly Ann) and Paul Thomas. Dear grandfather of Elizabeth Moore, Lauren Thomas, Evan Thomas and great grandfather of Avery and Maxwell. Pre-deceased by his parents James Thomas and Eliza Jane Haines. Brother of Eldon Thomas (Shirley) and pre-deceased by his brothers John, Elwood, Roy, James, Russell and his step sisters Vilda Amos, Norma McKay and step brother Merle Clowater.
A funeral service will be held in Cardigan United Church, Route 620 Cardigan, New Brunswick on Friday, October 22nd at 2 pm. Friends are invited to visit with the family from 1 to 2 pm, prior to the service. Interment in Cardigan United Church Cemetery.
