It is with great sadness that the family of the late Foster Robert Lewis announce his passing on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in his 93rd year. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories his son Fred and daughter-in-law Alma; three grandchildren: Robert (Trudy), Karen (Robert) Kennedy and Ronnie (Lorinna), all of Meadows; five special great-grandchildren: Emily Lewis, Laura and Lucas Kennedy, Ryan and Carter Lewis. He will be sadly missed by his brother-in-law Simon (Catherine) Tucker, Meadows; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He was predeceased by his wife of 62 years Regina (Tucker), parents Lewis and Elizabeth Lewis, father and mother-in-law Arthur and Eliza Tucker, brothers John and Wallace, sisters Gertrude, Eva, Laura, Mildred and Joan. Friends may visit Holy Trinity Anglican Church in Meadows on Thursday from where the funeral service will be held on Friday, October 29 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Malcolm Palmer officiating. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery, Meadows. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one's choice.
