Passed away at Charles Curtis Memorial Hospital in St. Anthony on Oct. 26, 2010, Jesse Herbert Bushey of Roddickton in his 83rd year. Leaving to mourn his loving wife of 64 years Effie Julia Bushey; daughters Marie (Oliver) Reid, Dorothy (David), Cassell, Wanetta (Eddie) Reid, and Sheila (Graham) Adams; all of Roddickton; son Wilson (Audrey) Bushey, Roddickton; sisters Nellie Canning, Goose Bay, Laura Keller, Minnesota, United States, Margaret Brown, Lewisporte, and Dora (Don) Noble, Lewisporte; brothers Eli (Evelyn) Bushey, Browns Arm, and Orlando (Isabella) Bushey, Lewisporte; 16 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends. Visitation took place at the Apostolic Faith Church in Roddickton from where the funeral service took place on Thursday, Oct. 28 at 2 p.m. with Rev, Rene S. Cassell officiating. Burial followed in the Apostolic Faith Cemetery, Roddickton. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Kerry M. Fillatre Funeral Homes, St. Anthony and Roddickton, Lee Nippard, funeral director.
