Benedict Daniel Gale, 63, of Brampton, formerly of Scotchtown, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 26, 2011 at the Brampton Civic Hospital, with his loving family beside him.
Born in New Waterford, he was the son of the late Augustine and Elizabeth (Roach) Gale.
He is survived by his daughter, Lisa (William) Wilson, also Lisa's best friend, Jody Hibbit, who was like an adopted daughter; grandson, Trent; granddaughter, Akira, and former wife and life long friend, Linda (nee White) (Steve) Barton; brothers, Lenus (Linda), New Waterford and Michael (Gerarda) Dutch Brook; sister, Lois (Garry) Dimitrove, Port Alberni, B.C.
There will be no visitation. Cremation has taken place. A private family burial will take place at a later date.
