Stella Jeanette Rendell was born in St. John's, Newfoundland on December 14, 1915 and passed away peacefully in Kelowna, BC on January 30, 2011. Left to mourn is her loving husband of 64 years, George; son Jim and wife Geraldine of Kelowna; beloved grandsons: Jim and wife Janey (precious great granddaughter Jenna) of Leduc, AB, Mark and wife Kiesha of Edmonton; sister-in-law Margaret Howe of Mississauga, ON; two nieces and one nephew. The family wishes to thank Dr. A. Van Heerden for his care during the past 15 years. Also, special thanks to Carol and all the staff at Lakeshore Place for their assistance and compassion over the past six years. No service or flowers by request.
