It is with heartfelt sadness that our family announces the passing of our sister Mary Catherine Brown at Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Thursday, April 7, 2011 after a brief battle with cancer at the age of 54 years.
Predeceased by her loving mother Eva Margaret Brown (nee: Wall).
Dear sister of Diana (Walter) Szydelko of Brantford; Linda (Ron) Dow of Grand Bend. Cherished aunt of Lori (nee: Dow) (John) Boocock of Windsor; Barb (nee: Dow) (Steve) Legerwerf of Grand Bend; Lisa (nee: Furler) (Mark) Smith of Hamilton; Shelley (nee: Furler) (Paul) Hassan of Kingston. Beloved aunt to many grandnieces, grandnephew, great-great-nephews. Also survived by her dear friends Denise and Ross Luschor.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial visitation and service will be held at a later date at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell St., Tillsonburg (519) 842-5221, and will be announced at that time.
At the family’s request memorial donations (payable by cheque) may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
