Madison A. Wilson
It is with broken hearts and deep sadness we announce the passing of our beloved daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, cousin and friend, Madison Alivia Wilson, age 13 on Sunday, June 18, 2017.
Madison was born in North Sydney on November 8, 2003, the daughter of Amy Wilson and Chris Royal. She was a Grade 8 student at Sydney Mines Middle School. Even though Madison was a young girl herself, she was very loving, caring and protective towards her sister and her two brothers. Madison enjoyed listening to music and watching movies. She loved getting dressed up to go out and always had a hug for everyone she met. She is survived by her mother, Amy Wilson and step-father, Danny Russell, her father, Chris Royal; her siblings, Cody & Quentin Wilson and Cassielynn Royal, her maternal grandmother, Lorie Wilson, her paternal grandparents, Wanda Royal and Kevin (Veronica) Young; her step-maternal grandparents Blair and Doris Jessome, also by her great-grandparents, her aunts, uncles, her cousin Emily and other cousins and her best friends Emma and Emily. Visitation for Madison will be held from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. on Friday in the W.J. Dooley Funeral Home, 107 Pleasant Street, North Sydney. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m., Saturday at St. John the Baptist Church, North Sydney with Rev. Julio Martin officiating. Burial will take place at Lakeside Cemetery, North Sydney.
