Annie Kimball

Annie Grace Kimball of Woodstock passed away at the Upper River Valley Hospital in Waterville on Saturday, April 9, 2011, at the age of 82. Annie is survived by three sons, James Kimball (Susan) of Newbridge, Kenneth Kimball (Deborah) of Moncton, and Charles Kimball of Newburg; one daughter, Brenda Gallant (Mark) of Newbridge; several loving grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Annie was predeceased by her husband Irvin Kimball, as well as her parents James and Bessie (Harris) McHatten; five brothers, three sisters; and two granddaughters. Annie was the last surviving member of her family.
The funeral service was held on Monday, April 11, 2011 from the St. James United Church, officiated by Rev. H.G. MacKenzie, each grandchild placed a rose in memory of their loving grandmother. A poem “What Will Matter” was read by grandson Michael Gallant. A eulogy was shared by Dr. Keith Fullerton, musical selection was sung by Scott Palmer and Angela Young. The pallbearers were Mark Gallant, Mike Gallant, Duane Bubar, James Kimball, Kenneth Kimball, and Charles Kimball. Interment will take place at the Woodstock Rural Cemetery at a later date. www.scottfh.com
