Jack was born in Victoria Cove on Sept. 8th, 1936. He had a full career for 36 ½ years with CNT, TNT and Aliant. Travels led him to Bonavista where he met Hilda (Abbott) and they were married on October 19th, 1959. Jack was a loving husband and best friend to Hilda. A great father and role model to his children Jeff (Judy), Jim (Theresa), Brian (Kim), Lori (Travis). A wonderful grandfather to his cherished grandchildren Kevin, Brianna, Brooke, Liam, Lucas, Jacklyn. He leaves to mourn his brother Bruce (Sheila) and Hilda's sisters and their families. He will be missed by all but his love will live forever in those whose lives he touched. Rested at Stacey's Funeral Home, Gander. Funeral service was held on Thursday, July 6th at 2:00 P.M. from St. Martin's Anglican Cathedral. Interment followed at All Saints Cemetery.
