The family of the late Muriel (Moon) Chaulk (nee Cooper) would like to thank everyone for the countless cards, letters, donations and support that we received following the passing of our mother, foster mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

A heartfelt Thank You to the staff at Deer Lake Manor who along with Dr. Nicholas Fay cared for our mother and gave her such a high quality of life that she so rightfully deserved. Your impeccable mix of professionalism and kindness is unparalleled and for that we will always be grateful.

To the residents of Deer Lake Manor who have become such an important part of our lives, thank you. You are a special family to all of us and your support during tough times as well as the good times impacted us in a way that words cannot describe.
