Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family on Thursday, September 21, 2017 at the Health Science Centre, age 78 years. Predeceased by her parents John and Mary Hodder; brothers Raymond and Malcolm; father and mother-in-law Hughie and Rose Auchinleck. Leaving to mourn with cherished memories her husband of 55 years Carl; children Shawn (Melinda), Sherry (Bill), Sonia (Terry); seven grandchildren who were her pride and joy Kalissta (Mark), Erica, Robert, Colin, April, Anthony and Brandon; two great-grandchildren Haylie and Cameron; beloved sisters Lizzie and Marion; brother Walt (Becky); sisters-in-law Shirley, Barb, Genevieve, Rose and Donna; brothers-in-law Alex (Helen), Hughie, Robert, John (Shelby) and Chris (Debbie); as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Heartfelt thank you to Rhonda and Paul Phillips for all their care and support and special thank you to the doctors, nurses, and staff at 4 South B, Health Science Centre. Resting at Caul's Funeral Home, TORBAY on Saturday from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m. and Sunday and Monday from 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. Funeral Service will take place on Tuesday, September 26, 2017 from St. Nicholas Church, Torbay at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.
