Passed peacefully away at Glenbrook Lodge, St John’s on October 10, 2017 Isaac Barnes of Garnish at the age of 103.

Predeceased by wife, Nellie Jane Barnes, daughter Mabel, parents Charles and Clara Barnes, brothers, William, John, Angus, Merrill, sisters, Irene, Esther, Mary Anne, Alice, Elsie, Edith, Annabelle and first wife, Martha (Prior) Barnes.

Leaving to mourn children, Bill (Gertie) Georgia (Enos) Cliff (Glenys), Anne (Eric), Kay (Jim), Una (Marcel), Charles (Susan), Ruby (Garry) and a large number of grandchildren and great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

The Funeral Service took place at Garnish United Church on Friday, October 13, at 11:00 a.m. Interment followed at the United Cemetery in Garnish.
