Susan belonged to TOPS (Take Off Pounds Sensibly) where she was crowned Provincial Runner-up Queen for her excellent weight loss. Susan suffered from several serious health problems and in 2012 she left Middleton to become a resident of the Wolfville Nursing Home. She is survived by cousins in various parts of Canada and the United States. Many thanks to the staff of the Wolfville Nursing Home who showed great kindness in their care for Susan over the last five years.
