It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of John Hewitt from Trepassey, Newfoundland, age 66 years. John was predeceased by his father Joseph, mother Irene, and brother-in-law Stan Bennett. Also predeceased by father-in-law Ronald Sutton and sister-in-law Jacqueline. Leaving to mourn - his immediate family Rosemarie, Kimberly - Corielynn and Meredith, Kevin - Denise and John Kaernerk, brother Cyril (Stephanie), sisters: Sally (Joe) and Belle, brothers-in-law: Tony (Margie), David (Edna), Paul (Margaret), Bobby (Grace), sister-in-law Peggy (Serge), mother-in-law Lucy (George), and nieces and nephews. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations can be made to the Gathering Place (Envelopes are available at Fahey's Funeral Home in Trepassey.) Visitation will take place beginning on Thursday evening at a time to be announced later, Friday December 1st from 10-12, 2-4 and 7-9. Service to take place at 11 am on Saturday, December 2nd. Christian Burial to follow at Holy Redeemer Cemetery.
