At the Kings County Memorial Hospital on Saturday, December 30, 2017 the passing of Kenneth Patrick Fogarty, age 70 of Cardigan, beloved husband of Sadie Fogarty (nee Campbell) occurred with his loving family by his side. Born in Montague, he was the son of the late Wilfred and Julia (Morrisson) Fogarty. Kenneth will be greatly missed by his loving children, Cynthia Lea (Jeremy), Brody Fogarty; 3 grandchildren, Ethan, Landon Lea and Liam Fogarty; brothers and sisters Albert (Judy), Phil, Claire, Lois, Georgie (Mike); brother-in-law Roy Mackenzie; sister-in-law Margaret Fogarty; numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by brother Joe; sisters Joyce and Gerry; brothers-in-law Jimmy, Adrian, Donnie; sister-in-law Jean. Resting at Ferguson Logan Montague Funeral Home with visiting on Tuesday, January 2nd from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place at the All Saints Catholic Church, Cardigan on Wednesday, January 3rd at 10 a.m. Interment to follow in the parish cemetery.
