SISCO, Ralph Benjamin – age 83, Sandford, Yarmouth Co., formerly of Yarmouth, passed away on Thursday, December 28, 2017 in Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born September 9, 1934 in Yarmouth, he was a son of the late George and Mary Sisco. Ralph was retired from Dominion Textiles/Cosmos Imperial Mills, having also worked with Superior Dairy and Valetor Dry Cleaners. He also served as a peacekeeper from 1952 to 1955 and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion in Winnipeg, MB. He is survived by a son, Scott (Theresa) Sisco, Sandford; grandchildren, Andrew, Kaylene, Andrew and Kassandra; a great grandson, Austin and a brother, Walter Sisco, Yarmouth. Aside from his parents, he was predeceased by his wife, Judy (LeBlanc) Sisco; a son, Danny Sisco and a brother, Murray Sisco. Cremation has taken place and there was no visitation by request. A memorial service was held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home, 29 Albert Street, Yarmouth, Father Henry Smolenaars officiated.
