It is with great sadness that the family of the late Linda Peters announce her sudden passing on Tuesday January 16, 2018 at the age of 68. Linda was predeceased by her parents Raymond and Cora Haines, Brother In-laws Charlie Harding, Gary Hampton and her granddaughter Kerri Wilton. Survived by her loving husband Gerard Peters, adored by her 5 children Larry (Michelle), Dwayne (Rosalin), Calla (Jody), Kerrilynn (Neil), Charlotte (Craig); 11 grandchildren Brandon, Christopher, Dwayne, Jason, Josh, Isaac, Kaitlyn, Kalla, Jacob, Wyatt, Ellie; 5 Great grandchildren Kaleb, Brayden, Cruz, Oakley, and Liam; Brother Glen (Merlyn), Sisters Christine, Ivy (Claude), Marlane (Ed), and Lori (Wayne); Brothers/Sisters in-law Ronnie (Shirley), Lorina (John), Edwin (Norma), Gloria (Earl), Reggie (Jean), Vernon (Irene), Doug (Vera), David (Janet), Norbie (Dot), Roy (Angela), Marilyn (Jim), Ricky and Johnny (Francine); Many nieces and nephews, extended family and close friends. Resting at Fillatre’s funeral home, 10 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake on Sunday, January 21, 2018 2-4pm and 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home chapel on Monday, January 22, 2018. Interment to follow at the Deer Lake Interdenominational Cemetery. Linda was a strong believer in helping others, this carries on even in death through organ donation.
