The death occurred, at Andrews of Summerside, on Monday, January 22, 2018, of Joan Compton, of Summerside, aged 87 years. Born in Summerside, she was the daughter of the late Lowell and Lillian (MacLean) Compton. Survived by her brother David Compton; and by numerous cousins. Resting at the Moase Funeral Home, Summerside. No visitation or funeral service by personal request. A graveside service will be held later at St. John’s Anglican Church Cemetery, St. Eleanors.
