Peacefully with her family at her side at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Thursday, February 8, 2018 of Kathleen Louisa (Lou) Smith of Charlottetown age 95 years. Beloved wife of the late Patrick "Paddy" Smith. Dear mother of Ronnie (Sheila), Bobby (Terrie), Cathy (Teddy) and Patricia (Burlin) Griffin.Loving Nanny of Patricia, Andrew, Marley, Patrick, Stephanie, Jenna, Lydia, Megan and Holly and great grandmother of Patrick, Anna, Thomas and Madison. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family being predeceased by her siblings, Harry, Olive, Frank, Freddy, Ronnie and Mae. Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home from where the funeral service will be held on Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in the Funeral Home Chapel. Interment later in the Roman Catholic Cemetery. There will be no public visitation by personal request. If so desired memorial contributions may be made to the IWK Children’s Hospital.
