It is with deep regret we announce the passing of Netta Ruth MacInnes (nee Penney) who left us to be with her Lord Saviour, Jesus Christ in her 95th year. Daughter of Lydia Catherine Wiseman of Little Bay Islands, NL and William Bemister Penney of Seldom Come By, NL. Beloved wife of Gilbert (deceased) and loving mother of Catherine (Malcolm). She began her teaching career in 1941 in a one room school house in the town of Buchans, Newfoundland. And so began a long lifetime of service to GOD and community. Rest in peace, dear Mother. Burial has taken place at Elgin Mills Cemetery. Services entrusted Dixon-Garland Funeral Home.
