Passed peacefully away on Saturday, February 17, 2018 at the HSC, St. John's, NL. Predeceased by his parents and five siblings. Leaving to morning his loving and devoted wife Josephine (Ross) of 61 years, children Debbie Guy, Charles Guy, Sandra Guy and Derrick Guy (Alban), sister-in-law Dorothy Falk and a special niece who he loved as a daughter Genny Greene (Ross) and her husband Gary, great-niece Carol Keiley (Dan), great-grand niece Kaitlyn Keiley and great-nephew Mike Greene (Jeanell), grandchildren Derek Phelan Jr., Karen Penny (Mike), Darrell Phelan, Melanie Bugler, Nathan Bugler, great-grandchildren Jaquelyn, Devon, Brayden, Stephen, Ryan, Ava, Alyssa, Darrell Jr., the Taylor and Duggan families of St. John's for their long time friendship and support along with other nieces and nephews and many dear friends. He enjoyed life and loved everyone, but we all knew the day would come when we would have to say goodbye and keep him in our hearts. Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Tuesday, February 20 from 1-9 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place from Mary Queen of Peace Church on Wednesday, February 21, 2018 at 9:30 a.m. with inurnment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
