Suddenly on Sunday, February 18, 2018 of Blair G. MacEwen of Long Creek, age 73 years. Beloved husband of Cheryl (MacPhee); loving father to Andrew (Cindy), Loralie (Rick Gillespie) and Joann Stretch (Ben); special Grampie to Sarah, Rhiannon, Kylie and Kenna. Remembered by his siblings Hollis (Joan), Ruby MacNeill, Claire MacDonald (Boyd), Harvey (Margaret), Lucy Vryenhoek, Neil (Gail), Eric (Jeannine), Heath (Pat) and sister-in-law Shirley MacEwen. Predeceased by his parents Dan and Rose (MacEachern), brothers Albert and Norman, brothers- in-law Al Vryenhoek and Andrew MacNeill, and nephews Danny MacEwen and Bob Bulman. Missed by many nieces, nephews and life-long friends. Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. Funeral Friday from Canoe Cove Presbyterian Church at 11 a.m. Interment in the church cemetery.
