We, the family of Annie Parsons, would like to thank everyone for the unbelievable support we received with the passing of our beautiful mother. With your care and kindness you have helped to alleviate our sorrow through this difficult time.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for all those who delivered food, sent donations, cards and flowers. Thank you to family and friends who visited, left messages of condolences online, telephoned and wrote heart warming messages on cards.

Thank you to Dr. Fay for your help and support in Mom's care for the past six years. Thank you to the nurses at the W.M.R.H. And especially the nurses and doctors who went above and beyond while caring for Mom in the Palliative Care Unit. A special thank you to the Simms' family, especially Maxine and Max for your support and countless hours of time together to talk and reflect on the lives of our mothers through their time in palliative care. Your help lightened our load as we cared for Mom.

Thank you to Joan Hewlin of the Deer Lake Manor who was a special friend to Mom. You were her guardian angel and now she is yours. A special thank you to Diane Parsons for your visits to Mom and bringing her delicious home cooked meals for many Saturday lunches.

Thank you every one for your help in the celebration of Mom's life. A special thanks to Rev. Andrew Wright for your heart felt service. Thank you to Mom's granddaughters, Trina Parsons for your moving tribute to Mom, Stephanie Power and Amanda Parsons for the Bible readings. Thank you Guy Romaine for singing at the service. Thank you to Sol Lake for assisting her sons as pallbearers. Also thank you to the organist Kay Hounsell.

We express our sincere gratitude to the United Church Women who provided beverages, cake, cookies and sandwiches at each visitation and the abundance of food and drink at the reception at the Pasadena Seniors' complex.

Thank you to Parsons' Funeral Home for your professionalism and the support you provided to the family.

Mom loved us unconditionally as we loved her. Thank you Mom for all your care and love, especially all those delicious cooked meals. You instilled in us to respect and help one another. We treasure our memories of you and those memories will help sustain us through the days ahead.

Slumber in blissful sweet repose.
