The death occurred peacefully with her loving family by her side at the Summerset Manor, Summerside, P.E.I. on Saturday, March 10th, 2018 of Rita Mary (nee DesRoches) Arsenault of Summerside, aged 94 years. Rita was born in Miscouche, P.E.I. to the late Felix and Eliza (nee Gaudet) DesRoches. Beloved wife of the late Albin Arsenault, loving mother of Debbie (Kevin) Stewart and her grand fur baby Spock. Survived by her special niece Janice (Allan) Parks and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, Rita was predeceased by her brothers and sisters Lena, Henry, Louise, Eunice, Marie, Clifford, Wilfred, Francis, Regina and Hilary. Resting at the East Prince Funeral Home, 245 Pope Road, Summerside until Thursday, March 15th, where a funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel at 3 p.m. Memorial donations in Rita’s memory to the Summerset Manor would be greatly appreciated.
